SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION
All items are shipped from Michigan, US. Koruai offers four kinds of shipping options. They are:
Flat Rate US – This is our standard US shipping option. We have a local fix cost $5 and will take between 2 and 7 days depending on destination.
Flat Rate International – This is our standard International shipping option. It uses Asendia Epacket which is a courier service similar to DHL or Fedex. We have an international fix cost $10 and will take between 3 and 21 days depending on destination country.
Flat rate International Priority – This is our speedy express shipping service. It uses Fedex. We have an international Express fix cost $45 and will take around 3 business days for all the world.
Free Shipping – Shipping time between 3 and 21 days depending on destination country.
– Free Shipping US – Free shipping buying over US$ 35 (before taxes).
– Free Shipping International – Free shipping buying over US$ 90 (before taxes).
Items shipped to Michigan are subject to a 6% sales tax on merchandise and shipping totals. Actual tax will be calculated at checkout. Items shipped to the European Union are subject to individual member countries’ VAT. Customers will be charged upon delivery.
Please note we do not have any control over international customs fees or the length of time it may take your package to clear. Koruai Limited does not cover customs, duty, or import charges or fees. The purchaser is responsible for all such charges.
*Please also be aware that we do not control the shippers. We will always diligently process, package and send out your order. Still, we hope for the kind understanding of our customers as there may be certain delays from time to time on behalf of the shipper (especially around holiday or high volume periods). They have their own internal practices and procedures and they may vary. We have a lot of experience shipping, but the shipping times do vary. Please understand.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We always stand by our products. We are confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All items are hand made from natural materials. Therefore, every product will be slightly unique. We do our best to portray our products accurately but variations may occur in production or screen color.

In general, we accept returns or exchanges of any unused merchandise (in its original packaging and items with damage cannot be accepted) up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We are unable to refund initial shipping fees. Please note that you will be responsible for all return fees incurred during your return. We do not cover shipping, customs, tax or other fees associated with returns.
A refund for the full amount of the product(s), minus shipping cost, will be sent via your original form of payment.
